technology-strategy-meetingAs educators face a global crisis and must learn about new technologies as they enter a new school year, AACE is offering teaching professionals a low-cost, yet high quality introductory course on how to implement effective strategies when teaching and learning online.

This advanced course facilitates a systematic approach to online course development through a framework based on four phases, Design, Build, Teach and Evaluate. The course is designed for participants with previous experience in online learning.

During the course, participants will build their existing knowledge using case studies and projects that participants can relate to and immediately implement as they build or teach a course.

The course requires the application of third-party tools to enhance learning, innovative tools such as virtual and augmented reality, and game-based learning.

Active and collaborative participation in the course activities is required and participants will be encouraged to conduct readings, engage in online discussions, and prepare technology enhanced PBL projects individually and in groups.
