SOFTWARE: Microsoft PowerPoint 2002, Internet Explorer 7, Adobe Reader. We try to maintain up to date plug-ins for Flash, Java and Real Audio. However it is the presenters responsibility to make sure the machine has the correct plug-ins if their application requires them. Please refrain from connecting or moving equipment as each roomis slated for particular equipment and usage. All data projectors willconnect with your laptop, PC, or Mac using a standard DB25 (VGA) connector. If you have questions orencounter difficulty when technical staff is not immediately available, go tothe conference registration desk. Staff can contact technical assistance foryou. To review or modify yourpresentation on site, we recommend that you load software, double-check yourpresentation and make changes on the equipment you will be using during yourpresentation. The best times to access your presentation room is early morning,prior or during the keynote, or during lunch before the afternoon sessions. If you need computers, or any other equipment you will need to bring your own orrent equipment. Bear in mind that overhead projectors and slides are not aworkable presentation style as the room is large, well-lit and there is no roomfor a screen.
