Proposal Submission Form
- All
submitting a proposal must complete and send
this form to be considered for a
presentation. (Please be sure to press
the SUBMIT button to send -- Do not mail or fax
the form itself)
IMPORTANT
These general
principles apply to all proposals:

All
proposals must be submitted using this form.
-
All
proposals should include an abstract of 1-3
pages (max. 1875 words),
regardless of the presentation category you
choose (i.e. Paper, Tutorial, Poster/Demo,
Panel, etc...).
Please
note: Send only an abstract of your proposal at
this time. Do not send your complete
presentation. It is only upon acceptance that
you will prepare your complete presentation for
the proceedings (the Primary Contact person you
indicate below will be notified by Nov. 4,
1999).

All
communication will be with the Primary Contact
person who is responsible for communicating with
the presenters of that session.
