Proposal Requirements
By January 14, 2011: Authors are requested to submit their paper proposals. See requirements below.
Immediately after acceptance of your proposal, use the menu at Submission and select "Add Files to Submission" to upload your PowerPoint file in PPT or PPTX format (without audio or video). Then follow the instruction in the Presenter's Lounge to record audio. Also, at least one author must register by the confirmation deadline.
Before February 15, 2011: All authors must participate in a 45minute assited pre-recording, sound test in Adobe Connect. Accepted authors will be e-mailed further detailed instructions.
Registration
The registration fee for Virtual Presenters includes:
- Paper published in Digital Library proceedings.
- Capability to interact with your session’s participants (async) prior to, during and after the event.
- Technical support for online presentation platform.
- Access to Invited Speaker talks.
- Access to all conference session discussions (async).
- Viewing of invited speaker talks
