Why a Virtual Presentation?

Proposal Requirements

By the confirmation deadline, authors are requested to submit their paper proposals. See requirements below.

After acceptance of your proposal, use the menu at Submission and select "Add Files to Submission" to upload your PowerPoint file in PPT or PPTX format (without audio or video). Then follow the instruction in the Presenter's Lounge to record audio. Also, at least one author must register by the confirmation deadline.

Prior to the conference: All authors must participate in a 45minute assited pre-recording, sound test in Adobe Connect. Accepted authors will be e-mailed further detailed instructions.
