Proceedings Deadline Policy

To preserve the quality and validity of the proceedings, Final proceedings papers must be submitted BEFORE the date listed. Any papers received after this date may not be included in the proceedings. Authors will be given the chance to update files during the conference for the final publication. No files will be accepted and the proceedings will not be amended once 10 days have passed from the end date of the conference.
