Abstract

In this article, the authors focus on the concept of knowledge management and how it is possible through e-learning with the help of research studies conducted in the area. The article also highlights the innovations that took place in the system of higher education in India, especially the integration of information and communication technology in teaching and learning and in knowledge management. The article deliberates on the emerging issues and challenges of on-line learning and the possible strategies to make the best use of these resources.
